This book is a power booster short read for all of us, who just need right kind of push in life.
The writing style is very easy and all the points are quite implementable.
Few of the best things that I grabbed while reading :
★ There should always be some time for break. It won't make you small.
★ Practice meditation and work on your peace first.
★ Make priorities.
★ Practice journaling and giving gratitude.
★ Communicate the differences and solve the actual problem rather than exaggerating.
