Book Review #6: "A Bowl of Soul Curry" by Romila Chitturi

As the name suggests, this piece is an oriented curry of fictional panorama shots. The book is categorized into two sections-prose and poems.

Prose are the instigator of varied worlds and author has immensely covered outstanding prospects. She curated daily conversations, random thoughts, thriller and suspense, mundane chores, dusted imaginations, observed facts and fictions, timely coincidences, fearful overcomes, friends and families, and many more clips from her research. This marked an urge to read something between what's more and what's next? Also, the title "A bowl of soul curry" is one of the starters from her secret recipes which garnishes the entire journey of her dark realities.

Talking about poems, every piece is strategically placed, with sequence and with highest authorities of judgements and consequences. No one will ever be bored of any piece, that is hanged from the fruitful tree of abundant treasures. I specially liked few poem sections, where the author has accurately utilized skills of either pinning the needles or touching the sentiments with soft feathers.

Writing mechanism is to the point, without any hint of exaggeration and the book is packed with highly renowned appreciations, quotes from famous personalities and forwards.

I highly recommend this magnificent curry for my hungry reader's soul.

P.C. The author herself!
